Superintendents and project controls staff end up reconciling field reality against a schedule that's already out of date, which erodes trust in the schedule itself and pushes coordination back toward informal channels.
The NexBixi approach
NexBixi connects construction planning and execution tracking to the same work-package structure used in procurement and project controls, so field progress updates flow into one system rather than a separate site-level tracker that has to be manually reconciled later.
The intent is to keep the schedule a living, trusted tool during execution — not just a baseline that gets referenced in disputes after the fact.
