Our current approach
This website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) to load Google Analytics 4 (GA4), for aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used — nothing else. No advertising, ad-personalization, or third-party tracking scripts are loaded. Analytics only runs if you explicitly accept it; until you make a choice, analytics storage stays denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2), and no analytics cookies or identifiers are set.
Your consent choice
On your first visit, a consent banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences — all three options are equally easy to use, and rejecting is never harder than accepting. Your choice is stored on your device (not on our servers) and applied on every later visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, on every page.
What analytics collects (when you accept it)
When you accept analytics, GA4 (via GTM) receives page views and a small set of interaction events (for example, clicking "Request a demo" or switching language) tied to a browser-generated identifier — never your name, email address, phone number, or the contents of anything you type into a form or into Ask NexBixi. Essential technical operation
This site is served over HTTPS. Beyond the consent choice described above (stored locally so the site remembers your preference), NexBixi's own application code does not set any persistent identifying cookie. Standard web-server/CDN infrastructure may use short-lived technical mechanisms necessary to serve the site reliably; none of these are used to identify or track you across visits.
