Ask NexBixi, the public assistant on this website, is one visible instance of the same underlying design philosophy, not a separate product built to different rules.

Human oversight of AI-assisted decisions is a structural property of how NexBixi is being designed, not a caveat added for legal cover. AI agents are intended to surface patterns, flag risk, and propose analysis — the professional judgment of engineers, project controls staff, and delivery teams remains the decision-making authority, particularly for anything safety-critical or contractually consequential.

AI answers are designed to trace back to approved, identifiable sources rather than presenting synthesized text as if it were independently verified fact. Where an answer is uncertain or a source can't support full confidence, that uncertainty is meant to be stated explicitly rather than smoothed over into a confident-sounding but unsupported response.

Ask NexBixi, on this public website, is a website intelligence assistant — it answers questions about ICP/EPC topics, NexBixi concepts, and this site's content. It is architecturally separate from the authenticated NexBixi platform (app.nexbixi.com) and does not access customer or project data. That boundary is a trust property worth stating plainly, not something to leave implicit: nothing you ask the public assistant touches any customer's private project information, because there is no connection between the two systems for it to use.

NexBixi Intelligence does not make autonomous engineering decisions, does not perform safety-critical automated actions, and does not present itself as a substitute for licensed engineering judgment or contractual sign-off. Where AI surfaces a recommendation, it is a recommendation for a qualified person to evaluate — not an executed decision.
