This website collects personal information only when you submit it directly through the Request a Demo, Contact, or Release Notifications forms — typically your name, email address, company, and any message you write. Separately, if you explicitly accept analytics in the cookie consent banner, Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) collects non-identifying usage data (page views and a small set of interaction events) tied to a browser-generated identifier, never your name or form contents — analytics stays off by default and there is no advertising tracking (see the Cookie Policy).

Submitted information is used only to respond to your request. In this environment, no email or CRM provider is connected yet — form submissions are validated but not delivered or stored anywhere (see the form's own on-page notice when you submit). Once a real provider is connected, this section will describe exactly who receives your submission and how it's used, before that change goes live.

NexBixi does not sell personal information and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Any future service provider (e.g. an email-delivery provider) would process form submissions solely to deliver them to NexBixi, under a data-processing agreement — none is in place today because no such provider is connected.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information, if any, NexBixi holds about you. Because no persistent storage is currently connected to this website's forms, there is honestly nothing on file today to request access to or deletion of beyond what may exist in an email you sent us directly. This will change once real lead storage exists, and this policy will be updated accordingly first.

This policy will be updated as real infrastructure (form delivery, analytics, admin authentication) is connected, and reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
