The problem
Proving systems work as designed before handover, with a defensible record — and getting complete, structured asset information to the operations team instead of a last-minute document dump.
Commissioning is frequently under-resourced relative to design and construction, even though it's where an owner formally accepts that a facility performs as intended. The handover package that follows — as-built drawings, test records, equipment data — is often assembled late, inconsistently, and in a format operations teams can't actually use, which pushes the real cost of poor data quality into the operations phase where it's harder to trace back to its source.
